This is a nice laptop but I could not download windows 10.It took 8 hours to download and the it wiped out software so I reverted back to window 8. What a waste of time with Windows 10. Now with windows 8 it works much better but I have to say my old Acer Aspire was working much faster with windows 7? Still you get what you pay for and laptop is very good considering. Grays has good customer service and very fast deliver, Thank you.

Was looking for a laptop for all sort of functions from movies to school work etc. This product is a great value for the price point. Saw the same product retailing for a lot more. Upgraded to Windows 10 for free and office 365 is running a charm...... Will not regret... I want to get another as soon as I am cashed up again.
